We did it, we finally tied the knot after seven years together!

We could not have asked for a better day, or a better honeymoon. After weeks of strange and wet weather, the skies cleared and the winds died down a bit for a perfect day. Although I was prepared for rain with matching umbrellas, we only got to use them for a couple of hours on our honeymoon.

We’ve just gotten back from Bermuda, finished our laundry, and returned to work today. But I plan on adding pictures, stories from the day and scans of the “Wish Bowl” notes soon. With the year of planning over, I suddenly have a lot of time on my hands! We’re not sad that it’s over. We had a wonderful time and truly loved every minute of it.

For our families, a special thanks for being there for us. For some of you, it was very difficult to attend and we do understand and appreciate the sacrifices you made to be there. And for others, there were circumstances that prevented you from coming. We want you to know that we thought of you and missed you. Hopefully, we can reproduce enough memories of the day to make you feel as present as you were in our hearts.
